After the findings of the Accounts Chamber and two journalistic investigations, the authorities continued financing the parliamentary channel “Rada”, which in turn “wasted” 101.5 million UAH of budget money on the hand-held company of film producer Timur Mindich. People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak eloquently stated this.

“Without a tender (just a creative commission was held on 12/30/24), without justification, on January 1st they are pouring another 100+ million from the Parliament’s budget money into an obvious left-wing company OP. Let me remind you that 278 million UAH have already been “mastered” by this year for the scandal.. And here you have another 101.5 million. The justifications are not even hidden: ensuring a 24-hour information marathon “Unified News,” the deputy said on social networks.

As Zheleznyak emphasized, the authorities have historically raised wage taxes so that each Ukrainian pays the “tame company OP/Mindich” 1,692 UAH for every minute on the parliamentary channel “Rada”. Although few Ukrainians already watch this TV channel.

The deputy recalled that for UAH 101.5 million you can buy: 4470 FPV drones or 4470 120mm mines.

“And since the beginning of the war, 380 million UAH have already been lost,” he added.
