It is determined that an application for assistance for the accommodation of IDPs can also be submitted at the place of registration of the internally displaced person by one of the family members of the authorized person of his choice.
One of the most important changes: it is stipulated that continued payment of benefits is possible during a state of emergency or martial law in Ukraine or its individual localities, but for no more than three six-month periods. This means that for IDPs whose second six-month payment period expires on January 31, assistance will be extended for another 6 months.
It has been established that the average monthly total income includes income received by a person as a one-time assistance, outgoing assistance paid to employees in accordance with the Labor Code, the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”, in the amount calculated for such a person by the social protection body by dividing the amount of the specified income.
It has been determined that when calculating the average monthly total income of a family, income received at a time during a calendar year from the sale is not taken into account:.
a single vehicle (mechanism) that was registered to one person from the family members;
the only residential premises/part of a residential premises located in territories where hostilities are (were) ongoing or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, for which the date of completion of hostilities (cessation of the possibility of hostilities) has not been determined, territories of active hostilities included in the list of territories.
At the same time, other residential premises, except for one, do not include residential premises/parts of residential premises located in territories temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, for which the date of termination of occupation has not been determined.
