Zokrema, in 2024, over 16 thousand people over 45 years old received vouchers for retraining. In addition, around 5 thousand internally displaced persons, over a thousand persons with disabilities and nearly 700 combat participants were also denied the opportunity to undergo retraining. The largest number of vouchers were issued to residents of the Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and Lviv regions. It is worth noting that those who are most likely to apply for professional retraining should be careful in these regions, where there are traditionally great labor markets.
