According to current electricity tariffs in Ukraine, the price of 1 kWh is 4.32 UAH. However, installing multi-zone meters can significantly reduce energy consumption costs. This is stated in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 632.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a single fixed tariff for the population at the level of 4.32 UAH/kWh. This tariff applies regardless of consumption volumes and remains unchanged for the following categories:.

This tariff will be valid until at least April 30, 2025. A revision of tariffs may take place after the end of the heating season, but there is no certainty that this will happen.. A "

From 23:00 to 7:00 the price of electricity for them is 2.16 UAH/kWh, which is two times lower than the standard price. The cost of installing such a meter is justified in five months. The three-zone meter provides three different tariffs:.

This system is suitable for those who can shift most of their electricity consumption to night hours and avoid peak periods.

To take advantage of multi-zone meters, customers will need to contact their energy supplier to install the appropriate equipment.

This will allow significant savings, especially if the use of electricity is rationally distributed.

Let us remind you that on October 15, people's deputy Vladimir Moroz said that the electricity tariff in Ukraine could rise to 6-7 UAH per kilowatt for the population and 11-12 UAH for business.

Chairman of the Union of Utility Consumers Oleg Popenko believes that the price of electricity for the population in 2025 may increase to 6.5–7 hryvnia per kilowatt.
