At the same time, we recall that a new electronic service for subsoil users - " And they promised that at the first stage of work the service will be available in April 2020. The second stage was promised to be implemented in June of the same year..

As you can see from Getmantsev's message, nothing new has been invented in the Cabinet of Ministers.

submit documents in electronic form for obtaining a permit for the use of subsoil, extending its validity or changing it;

amend the agreement on the conditions for the use of subsoil;

initiate issues of putting up subsoil plots for electronic auctions;

register the results of work on the geological study of the subsoil;

carry out electronic interaction with state authorities on subsoil use issues, review the history of their appeals and responses to them.

Recall that this is not the first idea of \u200b\u200bmany years ago, which one after another has been extracted in the Cabinet of Ministers lately.

So, for example, the other day the Cabinet of Ministers decided to create in Ukraine a system of public monitoring of land relations. This is provided for by Decree No. 474 “On public monitoring of land relations”.

At the same time, we recall that the idea of \u200b\u200bmonitoring land relations belonged to the government of Groysman.

In the pilot format, the first monitoring of land relations was conducted in Ukraine in 2015 with the support of the World Bank.

Another pilot project to monitor land relations was implemented in 2017.
