The US Department of the Treasury lifted sanctions on the co-founder of one of the largest Russian IT companies IBS and a former member of the Forbes list, Russian Anatoly Karachinsky, who was in the top 200 richest businessmen in Russia in 2021. The decision to remove him from the sanctions list is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Finance.
