The Ministry of Defense explained what payments a serviceman receives upon dismissal from military service (we are not talking about conscripts). This is reported by ArmyInform.

It is noted that in case of dismissal from service, monetary allowance is paid in the amount provided for the position held from the day the military unit receives an order or a written notice of dismissal until the day of exclusion from the lists of personnel, inclusive. The term cannot exceed the date of delivery of cases and positions. This norm is fixed by section XXXI of the Procedure for the payment of monetary allowances to military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, approved by order of the Ministry of Defense No. 260 dated August 7, 2018.

Also, a serviceman can optionally use the remaining vacation with subsequent exclusion from the lists of personnel. In this case, allowance is paid in accordance with the number of vacation days provided or monetary compensation is provided for unused vacation..
