If the arrears in payment of housing and communal services are not repaid by May, this may lead to a refusal to assign a subsidy. It is reported by the Ministry of Social Policy.

As the Ministry of Social Policy reminds, in order to assign a subsidy for the unheated season in the presence of debts, you need to:.

pay them off;

conclude an agreement with providers of housing and communal services on.

debt restructuring;

or provide documentary evidence of a debt appeal in court.

To assign a benefit for payment of housing and communal services, this must be done before May.

The presence of arrears in payment of housing and communal services may serve as a reason for refusal to assign a subsidy. Assistance for payment of housing and communal services is not assigned if there is a debt overdue for more than three months, the amount of which exceeds 40 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens (680 hryvnias).

Recall that in certain cases, the subsidy can be forced to return.
