According to the law “On the status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection”, if a family member died at the front, the state of the family of the deceased guarantees 50% reimbursement of utility bills.

Compensation is provided without taking into account the average monthly income for the following services:.

for the management of an apartment building (rent);

for the supply and distribution of natural gas;

for the supply and distribution of electricity;

heating and hot water supply;

for centralized water supply and sewerage;

for the removal of household waste;

for the purchase of solid fuel and liquefied gas.

Benefits for housing, utilities and fuel are provided regardless of the type of housing or form of ownership of it.
