In the summer, Ukrainians have the opportunity to receive non-refundable grants to start their own business. Any Ukrainian (individual) or legal entity can become a participant of the program.

Detailed instructions have been published on the Diya portal, which will help you apply for a grant to create or develop your own business. The grant amount is from 50 to 250 thousand. UAH.

Future entrepreneurs, current sole proprietors or legal entities can apply for a grant:.

not staying and not carrying out economic activities in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine;

not carrying out economic activities in the territory of Russia;

not subject to sanctions;

in respect of which bankruptcy proceedings have not been initiated;

for which there is no court decision on criminal liability for corruption;

not indebted to the budget.

These funds can be used:.

for the purchase of equipment;

purchase of raw materials;

rent (no more than 25% of the grant amount);

equipment leasing.

In case of receiving a grant, a person must:.

create at least one job;

operate for at least 3 years;

pay taxes to the budget, in particular, for the employment of employees.

A person must return the grant amount only if he does not fulfill his obligations to the state, that is, he does not create jobs in accordance with the grant amount.

How to apply for a grant online.

Fill out an online application.

Attach a business plan in the form (available on the Diya portal).

Sign with an electronic signature and send it.
