The PFC explained whether a man who has alimony arrears can apply for a subsidy.
If there are persons in the household who, according to the Unified Register of Debtors, have arrears in enforcement proceedings for the recovery of alimony for more than three months, then the housing subsidy (including for the next period) is not assigned to the household.
At the same time, a housing subsidy can be granted if the debt is repaid in installments (by a court decision) or when the debtor is considered missing by a court decision or has the legal status of a missing person.
In addition, debtors for the payment of alimony, alcohol or drug addicts (this is confirmed by a medical certificate), as well as persons who are subject to measures to ensure criminal proceedings in the form of suspension from work (position) or house arrest or detention can count on the subsidy.
Alimony debtors are granted a subsidy in accordance with paragraph 14 of subparagraph 7 of the Regulations on the procedure for assigning housing subsidies, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 21. 10. 1995 No. 848 "
Recall how to independently calculate the amount of the subsidy.
