The widow of a deceased serviceman is entitled to the benefits defined by Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "
The benefit is provided without taking into account the average monthly income for the following services:.
apartment building management;
supply and distribution of natural gas, electric and thermal energy, supply of hot water, centralized water supply, centralized drainage, domestic waste management;
payment of subscription services for consumers under individual contracts for the provision of public services or under individual agreements with the maintenance of in-house systems for the provision of public services, as well as the costs of managing an apartment building in which an association of co-owners, a housing construction (residential) cooperative, and expenses for;
purchase of solid fuel and liquefied gas.
When calculating payment for heating and use of housing, the area for which the discount is provided is 21 sq.. m for each person permanently residing in a residential area (house) and entitled to a discount, and an additional 10.5 sq.. m per family.
If the wife is disabled and lives in a family consisting only of disabled persons, a 50% discount for the use of gas for home heating is provided for twice the size of the standard heated area (42 sq.. m for each person entitled to a discount) payment and 21 sq.. m per family).
Benefits for payment for housing, utilities and fuel are provided regardless of the type of housing or form of ownership of it.
