In Ukraine, in October 2022, the first stage of the implementation of the єОselya program started. Within the framework of the program, there are preferential lending conditions for the purchase of housing for the military, doctors, teachers, law enforcement officers, scientists - a loan at 3% up to 20 years with an initial payment of 20%. How to participate in the program.

To participate in the program, you need to follow four simple steps:.

apply to Diya;

get answers from banks;

choose the property you want to buy;

conclude agreements with the bank and the contract for the sale of an apartment.

Five banks participate in the program: Oschadbank, PrivatBank, Ukrgasbank, Globus Bank and Sky Bank.

The second stage of the implementation of the program " The program will become available to all Ukrainians who do not have their own housing and who want to buy it on fair and affordable terms at 7% per annum.
