Since January 1, the rules for registration and calculation of sick leave have changed in Ukraine. The Pension Fund of Ukraine reminded that in order to generate an application-calculation in electronic form, the insured user needs to have access to the Internet and a qualified electronic signature.

Employers who, for certain reasons, cannot use the electronic account on the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, can draw up an application-calculation in paper form and submit it to any service center of the main departments of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the regions and cities.. To submit statements-calculations in electronic form, employers do not need to conclude a separate agreement with the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

Step-by-step instructions for generating an application-calculation.

Go to the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Click the “Login” button, identify yourself as a legal entity, confirm the login using the CEP and password and click the “Login” button.

In the policyholder's personal account (in the menu on the left), go to the " An application-calculation form will appear on the screen, in which you need to add information to the specified fields. Some of them, for example, “Code according to the EDRPOU of the insured”, the system fills in automatically. If you skip a mandatory line, the program will mark the field in red.

Important: when filling out an application-calculation, you should not use certain characters, such as quotation marks, which are often found in the names of enterprises. When using incorrect characters, the program will report with the inscription "

After the system loads sick leave sheets ready for payment, two additional fields will appear on the screen: " Only sick leave, payments / part of payments for which are reimbursed by the Pension Fund of Ukraine, are included in the Annexes. The maximum number of disability sheets in one application-calculation is 200 units.

In order to enter the necessary information for a specific person, you must click on the pencil (icon) in the field with the person's last name. In the additional window that opens, some lines will be filled in automatically, and some need to be filled in manually.. In particular, information about the person’s insurance experience (general) and about the experience for the last 12 months is automatically pulled up. If it is necessary to change the data on the insurance experience (in particular, if information on the experience acquired after the reporting quarter is not taken into account), this can be done manually. You must enter information in all fields marked with an asterisk: *.

Similarly, work through all the disability sheets included in the application-calculation that you will send to the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

When the required fields are filled in, click the “Save” button. After that, you can still make changes to the application-calculation.

If the application-calculation is completed in full for all selected sick leave, for further work, select the option " The document will open in a new window that opens. It can be downloaded and printed.

Sign the application-calculation and send it to the Fund.

Important: since it is impossible to edit the application-calculation after sending it to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, check the document before sending.

The success of your actions in submitting an application-calculation will be evidenced by the message “Application of calculation. The record has been saved and sent to the PFU for consideration”.
