The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine increased the amount of compensation for the cost of childcare services for up to three years " up to 6700 UAH. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy.

“The government approved the decision to increase the amount of compensation for the service from one subsistence minimum (and in the case of caring for children with disabilities from two subsistence minimums for children under the age of six) to one minimum wage, established on January 1 of the corresponding year,” it says..

The ministry noted that during January 2023, parents, guardians of a child under the age of three, who receive reimbursement for the cost of the “Municipal nanny” service, must confirm their right to such reimbursement by providing the relevant documents to the structural units for social protection.
