As before, in order to calculate payments, the policyholder in 2023 must submit an application-calculation containing data on the amounts of insurance payments accrued to insured persons by their types. However, from January 1, it must be submitted not in person, but through the interface created for this in the personal account of the insured on the website of the electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU).

As explained in the PFC, the ability to submit applications without additional software will be available to all employers.

Applications-calculations for paper certificates of incapacity for work must be filled out in the mode of manual data entry with the attachment of scanned copies of paper sheets of incapacity for work.

At the same time, the following functions will be available in your personal account:.

the ability to search and revise the statements-calculations of this insured according to the criteria defined by him (the period of registration of sick leave certificates, the type of statement-calculation (according to electronic sick leave certificates);

formation (editing) and sending the application-calculation to the PFC.

When generating an application-calculation, information is used from the electronic certificate of incapacity for work and the Register of insured persons.
