During a meeting with the participation of members of the Anti-Crisis Energy Headquarters for the permanent operation of energy facilities, Minister of Energy German Galushchenko reported that, in pursuance of the task of the head of government, unscheduled inspections of oblenergos in each region were carried out jointly with the State Inspectorate for Energy Supervision, NEURC and law enforcement agencies.

According to the results of the first stage of inspections, 193 violations of the requirements of regulatory legal acts in the field of electric power industry were recorded. Of these, the most common are:.

- violation of the duration of breaks between the schedules for disconnecting consumers from electricity;

- application of stabilization schedules not provided for by the current legislation;

- the absence in the schedules of planned shutdowns of objects that are not included in the list of critical infrastructure;

- non-compliance with the duration of outages;

- lack of a list of enterprises included in the list of critical infrastructure agreed with local authorities.
