The website of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine notes that the right of internally displaced persons to pension provision is determined, first of all, by the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Rights and Freedoms of Internally Displaced Persons”. Article 4 of this Law determines that the fact of internal displacement is confirmed by a certificate of registration of an internally displaced person.
