The loan will be provided on preferential terms under the guarantees of the UK and Denmark. Loan maturity – 19 years with a five-year grace period. Interest rate - 0. 25% per annum (accrued on the unused part of the loan).
The funds will go to:.
wages of employees of the public sector;
provision of pension payments;
social assistance with payment of housing and communal services;
support for low-income families, disabled children and people disabled since childhood, IDPs;
to pay for medical services under the program of medical guarantees, etc..
The money is allocated within the framework of the project “Public Expenditure Support to Ensure Sustainable Public Administration in Ukraine”, implemented since June 2022. The total amount of funds raised is 7. 3 billion.
