Payments depend on the cause of death.

If the breadwinner died or perished in the performance of military service duties, the pension is assigned:.

in the amount of 70% of the allowance of the deceased or deceased breadwinner for each disabled family member - father, wife (spouse), or other disabled family member of the deceased/deceased breadwinner, if one disabled family member has the right to a pension;

in the amount of 50% of the allowance of the deceased or deceased breadwinner for each disabled family member if two or more disabled family members have the right to a pension (except for parents, wife (spouse)).

If the breadwinner died or perished as a result of an accident not related to the performance of military service duties, the pension is calculated in the amount of 30% of the breadwinner's monetary allowance.
