“Pensioners who received pension certificates in the form of a booklet, in order to be able to be reflected in Diy, should replace the certificate by contacting the Pension Fund of Ukraine online (through a personal account on the Fund’s electronic services web portal) or at any of the Fund’s service centers,” the report says..
