As reported, today, August 20, Russian invaders fired on the city of Voznesensk.
Russian rocket hit five-story building. The top floor of the building was completely destroyed, civilians were injured, a fire started. It is known about 9 wounded as a result of shelling, of which four are children. Age from 3 to 17 years.
One child is being operated on, the girl's eye was torn out by a piece of debris.
Earlier, US and British officials issued a statement warning that Russia's attack on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant would be a violation of Article 5 of the NATO charter..

Article 5 of the NATO Charter provides that in the event of an armed attack on any of the NATO states, all other NATO members will consider this act as an attack on them all.
