In June 2022, the prosecutor's office asked the court to seize the corporate rights of the company he heads - with the intention of confiscating them if the director is convicted.

The Podolsky court granted this request, but after a month and a half reversed its decision.

The arrest was declared unfounded, since the suspected director is neither the founder, nor the participant, nor the ultimate beneficiary of Eco-Bud-Trade. Therefore, it will not be possible to confiscate the corporate rights of the company, even if he is found guilty.
