The European Union plans to adopt a directive in October that will allow the confiscation of Russian assets frozen as a result of EU sanctions. This was announced by European Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders at a press conference in Prague, writes European Truth..

According to the European Commissioner, this legislative act will expand the list of crimes at the EU level.
