Some consumers may be exempted from payment for gas distribution. This was announced by the National Commission for State Regulation in the Spheres of Energy and Utilities (NEURC).

Under martial law, you can not pay for gas delivery if the infrastructure has been damaged as a result of hostilities and regional gas companies cannot fulfill their obligations in terms of providing round-the-clock access to the gas distribution system.
