The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has abolished critical imports for goods, said on Thursday, July 7, MP from the Holos party Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
“The Cabinet of Ministers canceled critical imports for goods. But for the import of services, restrictions still continue to be partially in effect,” he wrote on Telegram..
Recall that with the outbreak of war, the National Bank of Ukraine limited payments in foreign currency and allowed payments only on the list of critical imports approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
At the same time, Law No. 7418 “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Other Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Review of Certain Tax Benefits” adopted in June, which has already entered into force on July 1, created grounds for canceling the List of Critical Import Goods.
