The funds were sent to the Ministry of Finance from the reserve fund of the state budget.

“The Ministry of Justice must provide by December 30, 2022. To the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy and the State Treasury Service, a report on the use of funds allocated in accordance with this order,” the document says.
