President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed with President of Poland Andrzej Duda the entry of Polish companies into the Ukrainian fuel market. He spoke about this in an interview with representatives of the Polish media..

" They really want to enter our gas station business market. We have a large network. I think they will come,"

According to him, this issue was discussed with the President of Poland.. It was also discussed by the prime ministers of the two countries.

Recall, as they promise in the Cabinet, the shortage of fuel at gas stations will be eliminated within a week. However, fuel prices will rise slightly..

Operators have contracted volumes on the territory of Western Europe and now the question is being decided how to import them to the territory of Ukraine as quickly as possible.

At the end of April, queues at gas stations began to be published in social networks and the media. Filling stations in Kyiv, Odessa and other cities have reduced the limit for sale from 20 to 10 liters per car. Experts explain the shortage of fuel by stopping the Kremenchug refinery, as well as by the rise in the cost of logistics chains for transporting fuel from Europe. The government limited markups at gas stations, but this led to an increase in fuel shortages in retail.
