In addition to a third of those who returned to their usual work, another 24% work part-time or remotely, and 3% have started working in a new job..
Most of those who are currently working are among the residents of the western and central regions, about 60% are employed here. Among southerners, 52% work, immediately - about 40%. A gradual recovery in employment is observed, including in the center, south and east.
At the same time, 39% of those who had a job before the war are still unemployed, although in March there were 53% of them, and in early April - 41%.
Half of the respondents (54%) who lost their jobs during the war believe that they will be able to return to their previous job, but 40% do not believe this.
It is important that two-thirds of respondents who lost their jobs as a result of the war are ready to change jobs. 58% of respondents are not even averse to retraining for another profession, and 49% are ready to work in another region of the country. More of those who are ready to change their profession and place of work among residents of the eastern regions.
