Non-electricity tariff 1.44 UAH/kW to be valid for another six months - Zelensky

The tariff for electricity for consumers who use up to 250 kW per month will remain unchanged for another six months and will amount to 1.44 UAH / kW.

“We are extending for at least the next six months the effect of the electricity tariff in the amount of 1 hryvnia 44 kopecks per kilowatt for those consuming less than 250 kilowatts.

This is 80% of our citizens,” President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said during his daily address.

The President held a meeting with officials on economic issues. In particular, they discussed the end of the heating season and the solution of urgent issues that arose during martial law..

According to the President, this heating season was generally successful; during the martial law, energy supplies were not interrupted.. Zelensky also noted that four-fifths of all Ukrainian enterprises have already returned to work in a safe area..
