This is determined by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 28, No. 168, which was adopted in pursuance of the Decrees of the President of Ukraine.

For military personnel participating in hostilities or providing measures for national security and defense, repelling and deterring armed aggression, being directly in the regions and during the implementation of these measures, the amount of additional remuneration increases to UAH 100,000 per month, in proportion to the time of participation in such actions.
