At the meeting, the Committee unanimously supported the decision to apply:.

To the parliaments of all foreign states, the European Parliament and international parliamentary assemblies on the need to introduce trade restrictions in the energy sector against the Russian Federation in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

The appeal concerns the introduction of a complete trade embargo on Russian oil and gas.

To the parliaments of all foreign states, the European Parliament and international parliamentary assemblies on the global nuclear threat caused by the seizure and actions of the Russian Federation at the Chernobyl, Zaporozhye nuclear power plants and the research nuclear facility "

The appeal includes the following requirements:.

- Closing the sky for Russian military aviation over the territory of Ukraine due to the location of the nuclear power plant on the territory of Ukraine.

- support for an immediate ceasefire and a ban on the occupying forces of the Russian Federation to approach closer than 30 km to nuclear power facilities on the territory of Ukraine.

- monitoring and control links, under the leadership of the IAEA and with the involvement of the OSCE, on the situation at nuclear facilities in Ukraine;

– conducting special missions to ensure nuclear safety in Ukraine in the conditions of armed aggression of the Russian Federation.

– recognition that the actions of the Russian Federation are acts of nuclear terrorism.

- involvement in the requirement to ban access of the Russian Federation to the intellectual and technological resources of the IAEA and the requirement to terminate relations with citizens of the Russian Federation in the UN structures related to nuclear energy.

To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with a proposal to apply to the European Commission to promote the fastest possible synchronization of the energy system of Ukraine with the European energy system ENTSO-E.
