EU obliges banks to provide data on deposits of Russians and those living in Russia

EU Council Regulation 2022/328 of 25 February 2022, which amends Council Regulation 833/2014 " This is reported by lawyer Alexander Zakharov.

They now have to report to credit institutions about deposits exceeding EUR 100,000 held by Russian citizens or individuals residing in Russia who have acquired Member State citizenship or residence rights in a Member State through the Investor Citizenship Scheme.
