President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy vetoed and submitted his proposals to Law No. 3640, which provided for an extension of the moratorium on the collection of property on foreign currency loans, including mortgage loans, until January 1, 2022. This was reported on the website of the Rada. " Zelensky emphasizes that this situation creates an ambiguous interpretation of the law, makes it impossible for credit institutions to obtain collateral under loan agreements and will lead to legal collapse and a violation of the constitutional principle of the mandatory execution of court decisions. The law was sent for revision to the Verkhovna Rada.
