NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy called for prompt signing of additional agreements to contracts for the supply of natural gas to heat supply enterprises and suppliers with special duties for the needs of residential consumers and religious organizations.

The press service of the NAC recalls that the need to sign additional agreements is associated with the entry into force of amendments to the gas transmission system on December 1.

"To get nominations for December, heat supply companies need to sign additional agreements on their part as soon as possible and transfer them to Naftogaz.

The company accepts signed additional agreements by mail, delivered personally or by courier to the address g. Kiev, Blvd.. Shevchenko, 23, k. 304, 307 ", - said in a statement.

The basis for the nominations is: supplementary agreement (original); the signatory has an additional authority to sign it; fulfillment of the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 867 of October 19, 2018 in terms of payments for consumed volumes of natural gas in previous periods.
