Russians are depressed by the size of their salaries

Seven out of ten working Russians (73 percent) are satisfied with their work, according to a study by Romir holding.

At the same time, 58 percent find a salary satisfactory.. About a third (32 percent) are confident that they deserve more, and 10 percent of those surveyed said that their work is categorically undervalued..



Most of all, the work is enjoyed by the residents of Central Russia and Siberia (80 percent of respondents in each region). Among the dissatisfied with the salary the North-West and South regions of the country lead - 47 percent.

In Siberia, the maximum number of citizens are satisfied with the salary (77 percent). Whereas in the Central Federal District, salary satisfies only 59 percent.

Over the year, the overall level of job satisfaction decreased by 4 percent; in 2017, work suited 77 percent of Russians.
