Russia from November 2018 to the end of 2019 will not supply Belarus with gasoline, diesel fuel and fuel oil. This was announced by the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak. He explained the suspension of the supply terms of the previously signed corresponding indicative balance - a document establishing the volume of supply of petroleum products.

"As for gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil - zero indicators are provided in the indicative balance," Novak said.

According to him, the annex to the agreement between Russia and Belarus, in particular, provides for a ban on the supply of dark oil products "in order to maintain the proportions of budget revenues in accordance with previously planned indicators".

At the same time, the document implies the preservation of deliveries of certain products of petrochemical plants that are not produced in Belarus, Novak continued. We are talking about paint and varnish products, chemical products, that is, products not petroleum refineries, but petrochemical plants, he explained.
