In the past, clients of a commercial organization recognized as bankrupt reached the highest echelons of power.. With their problem, they turned to the Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika. On the basis of an open letter from the head of the Union of Investors of Russia Nikolay Nikolayev, legislator Igor Sukharev sent a deputy request to the prosecutor's office. Thus, he promptly responded to the request of his voters, who appealed to the State Duma. Activists pay attention to glaring facts. They insist that the regulator by their actions violated the financial interests of citizens and businesses, as a result of which affected about 35 thousand Russians: entrepreneurs and natural persons. The revocation of the license from Ugra and the introduction of temporary management at the bank cost the depositors too much in the literal sense of the word.. The amount of damage in closed banks in the hundreds of billions of rubles.. The Union of Investors of Russia over the past year has become a significant social force.. Activists took part in the election campaign. They spread a call to support their demands among the candidates and received many votes.. For a "blessing", investors turned to Patriarch Kirill, asked for help from State Duma deputies and eventually ended up in the presidential affairs management team.. Recall, last summer, the Central Bank introduced a temporary administration in Yugra, after which it revoked the license and sent a bankruptcy petition to the court. Representatives of a financial organization accuse the Bank of Russia of artificially lowering the reported indicators.

These actions were carried out with only one purpose - to create a formal reason for revoking a license from a bank.. The legality of the actions of the regulator representatives of the bank "Ugra" challenged in court. They reached the Supreme Court of Russia, where two months ago a cassation appeal was filed against the decisions of lower courts on the legality of the introduction of the interim administration, as well as a moratorium on the satisfaction of creditors' claims.
