Ukraine appealed the decision of the World Trade Organization in a dispute over duties on ammonium nitrate. This is reported 112 with reference to the press service of the WTO.
"Ukraine sent an appeal on August 23 to the decision of the panel of arbitrators of the WTO on the case initiated by the Russian Federation on anti-dumping measures for ammonium nitrate," the organization's representatives.
It is expected that for several days on the WTO website will appear a document with detailed information about Ukraine's appeal. After that, the parties - Ukraine and Russia - will have to wait another three months until the WTO considers the complaint.
We remind you that earlier it was reported that Russia filed lawsuits against Ukraine and the European Union in the WTO. The claims are related to duties on ammonium nitrate and welded pipes of Russian origin. On July 20, the arbitration of the World Trade Organization ruled in favor of Russia in the case of ammonium nitrate.
