The Kharkov City Council made changes to the city budget for 2018.

The corresponding decision was made today, August 22, at the session of the City Council.

As the deputy head of the Kharkiv mayor - the director of the Budget and Finance Department Tatyana Taukesheva - said, a medical subsidy in the amount of UAH 96.2 million is provided from the state budget, a subvention for implementation of measures for social and economic development of individual territories is UAH 24.4 million, a subvention for payment monetary compensation for belonging to the families of deceased participants of military operations in the territory of other states belonging to the receiving of living quarters for the families of the I-II group from among the participants of the Bo O operations on the territory of other states, and in need of better housing conditions - 6.2 million USD.

To pay wages to teachers of educational institutions sent 67 million UAH, for the reconstruction and maintenance of sports grounds in the territory of 22 schools of general education - 9.1 million UAH.

Expenses for the purchase of furniture for classrooms of schools and soft equipment for newly opened groups in pre-school educational institutions were increased by 2.8 million UAH, for boiler repairs and improvement of school territories - by 5.5 million UAH.

To co-finance the subvention from the state budget to provide quality, modern and affordable education "New Ukrainian School" sent 3.1 million UAH.

To provide patients with sugar and diabetes insipidus with insulin and desmopresin preparations, an additional 1.9 million UAH.

In connection with the establishment of the Parking Inspectorate, expenses for 3.9 million UAH have been increased, including additional staffing for the payment of labor and ensuring proper conditions for the functioning of the inspection.

To eliminate the consequences of vandalism in the premises of the Kharkov City Council, 1.5 million UAH.

To ensure the timely and high-quality start of the heating season in the city of Kharkiv, the Kharkiv Heating Networks CP is allocated 150 million UAH, including 100 million UAH for the calculation for consumed energy resources.

40 million hryvnias were invested in the current and capital repairs of apartment houses, 13 million hryvnia for the purity of urban areas, 13 million hryvnia for the reconstruction of outdoor lighting networks, and 60 million hryvnas for the capital, current repairs and maintenance of the street-road network.

To provide preferential long-term loans for the construction (acquisition) of affordable housing for internally displaced persons, for combatants who took part in the antiterrorist operation, expenses were increased by UAH 9.9 million.
