On July 25, the head of HOGA visited one of the largest enterprises of the defense industry in the region, writes the website of HOGA.

The head of the region got acquainted with the production capacities of the state enterprise "Kharkov plant of special machines", held a meeting with the management of the plant and talked with his team.

"Kharkov plant of special machines produces and repairs equipment for the Ukrainian army. Today the company celebrates its 75th anniversary. The main thing is that we have something to congratulate the plant. The enterprise has a profit, over the last two years, production volumes have increased by 30%, and the average salary has grown by 50%. And most importantly - a 100% portfolio of orders, "- said Yulia Svetlichnaya.

She stressed that the development of industry is an important issue for the state as a whole and especially relevant for industrial regions such as the Kharkiv region. To the staff of SE "KHZSM" the head of the region wished inspiration, health, increasing the number of orders and strengthening of social guarantees.

"It is on the issue of providing social guarantees that we focus our attention on. We work with large enterprises to raise salaries and improve working conditions. We do everything we can to ensure that every company in the Kharkiv region is expanding its portfolio of orders, "said Yulia Svetlichnaya.

The plant's director Alexei Gorobets noted that now the company he heads is the leader in Ukraine among the factories repairing, manufacturing and rebuilding wheeled military equipment.

"We produce a large line of wheeled vehicles, trucks, all-terrain vehicles, which we transfer to military units of the APU. Including, our equipment is used in the zone of the operation of the united forces, "noted Alexei Gorobets.

According to him, at the moment the enterprise is loaded even more than 100%.

"We work in an enhanced mode, in two shifts and almost without days off. Order of the Ministry of Defense is very large. Every day, one car leaves the factory assembly line. This is a very tense and big program, "said the director of the plant.
