This week the second exhibition of surplus military equipment and property of the Ministry of Defense of Belarus. This property can be acquired by both legal entities and ordinary citizens. Belsat. eu wanted to understand what the Ministry and other power bodies are trading in.

The Ministry of Defense puts up for sale equipment that has developed its resources and can no longer be used in the military sphere, but (even theoretically) can still be useful in civilian life. Representatives of the agency report that the main demand for buyers are cars. For example, at the last exhibition in the Old Roads of the Defense Ministry, 39 pieces of equipment (mainly ZIL-131 and GAZ-66) and 23 units of automobile and park property of the automobile department of the Defense Ministry were sold for almost 200 thousand. Belarusian rubles.

However, to purchase the property of the Ministry of Defense, it is not necessary to wait for the next exhibition. The catalog can be found on the website of the unitary enterprise "Belspetskontrakt" - it directly deals with sales of old property of the Ministry of Defense and other government agencies. The assortment of goods is really wide - from helicopters and aircraft to household appliances and dishes, from building materials to navigation and topographic equipment. "Belspetskontrakt" at the same time emphasizes: only the property that has already been in use is sold.

Belarusians can buy AN-2 and MI-2 helicopters from the Ministry of Defense. The prices for machinery vary depending on the level of wear and tear and year of production. For example, a 1988 Mi-2 helicopter with a wear level of 71% can be purchased for 8,793. 70 rubles. But the Mi-2 with a wear level of 26% will cost significantly more - 22,439. 10 rubles. An-2 aircraft with a wear of 36% will cost the buyer in 13,477 rubles.

As for vehicles, there you can find more new samples, and even not Soviet-made. For example, Opel Astra and Opel Vectra (1997 and 1999. respectively) can be purchased for only 3 thousand. rubles, and Mercedes С180 (2002 г. ) - 4,5 thousand.

True, the level of deterioration in motor vehicles is catastrophic - it rarely is less than 80%. Western brands, by the way, do not belong to the Ministry of Defense - here, mainly, they are talking about the property of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the KGB and the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Massively sold cars VAZ of various modifications, and released in the 2000s. One of the newest cars - Lada-21074 of 2010 release from the property of the Investigative Committee. For such an auto with a 90% deterioration, "Belspetskontrakt" asks for 1425 rubles.

There is also a specialized equipment - caterpillar tractors, mobile workshops, caterpillar chassis, etc.. For example, the T-72 chassis will cost a potential buyer of 45 thousand. rubles.

In addition to state organizations, hardly anyone can afford to buy equipment for such money. However, in the property catalog of the Ministry of Defense one can find such positions that the Belarusians will be able to afford even with the lowest income - for example, they are spoons, plates, trays, table knives and vases. Crockery and cutlery 1960-80. Production costs from a few kopecks to several rubles. The cheapest item sold by the Ministry of Defense is the 1969 glass salt cellar with 20% wear. It is worth - 0.06 rubles per unit.

The military department also sells clothes - shirts, blouses, winter jackets, raincoats, caps, caps, sleeping bags, overcoats and even pants with shirts. Most often, it is also the production of Soviet times, and it's about the clothes that have already been used - the level of depreciation is often 50-60%.

It is interesting that the Ministry of Defense puts up for sale not only clothes on its own, but also its elements. For example, the button of 1975 (only 10 kopecks apiece) or an asterisk to the pilot cap of the 1968 sample (here already 20 kopecks apiece).

There are household appliances - so, mass-market tape recorders VM-75k are sold for only 10:41 rubles apiece.

There are no restrictions for buyers of old state property formally does not exist. At least officially they are not voiced.

The buyer can be both a legal entity and an individual. Non-residents of Belarus are also allowed. The order is quite simple. You write the application, you will be given a pass to the territory of the military base, where the relevant property is stored. If everything suits you, then Belspetscontract makes a contract and writes out an account that can be paid in any bank. Property from military depots, however, will have to be exported on its own.
