UralEU-SINC signed an agreement with PJSC "MTS" on interaction in training and professional training of students. Students of the university will be able to undergo summer internships and internships in such branches of the MTS branch in the Sverdlovsk region as IT, marketing, finance, sales, procurement and technical support.

Thanks to this, students will be able to obtain work experience before the diploma. Each trainee will be assigned a tutor.

"Employers often put the conditions - they need young professionals with experience. The agreement, signed by us with one of the most attractive employers for our graduates, enables students to gain such experience even before the defense of the diploma. You (MTS) need good specialists, let's prepare them together. We give young people a chance to take place, "said Yakov Silin, rector of USUE-SINC.

In the Sverdlovsk branch of MTS noted that they are waiting for young people who want to realize themselves in one of the innovative spheres. Such contracts, according to the leadership, are rarely signed.

"Students who receive higher education today are eager to" create the future "- launch unmanned vehicles, improve artificial intelligence, calculate new economic patterns, analyze the data of big data," - said the director of the regional branch of the company Andrei Popov.

He noted that MTS is mainly associated only with the cellular operator, but at the same time the company is developing several dozen business areas of the modern digital economy, including cloud technologies, finteh, big data, system integration, e-commerce, e-commerce, e-commerce, telemedicine. Over the past 5 years, MTS has invested 381 billion rubles in the digitalization of the country's regions, and in the Sverdlovsk region we also plan significant investments in the social and economic infrastructure.

The company has already begun to move along the path of creating product verticals with a wide range of functions and full financial responsibility for the result.

Due to new directions, the number of employees. But it grows primarily due to IT and technical specialists, talented productologists and financiers. The organization employs 3,500 IT-specialists, another 1,5 thousand. Now the number of open vacancies is estimated in dozens.

In addition, the signed agreement provides for joint participation in creative and charitable events, creating an unhindered environment within the university for students who have a health restriction.
