On repairs on roads of national importance in the region told during a briefing at HOGA on May 3 Deputy Head of the Highway Service in the Kharkov region Mikhail Bogatyr.

Current repairs have already started on the two highways of the region - the roads Kharkiv - Akhtyrka and Kiev - Kharkiv - Dovzhansky.

"On the road Kharkiv - Akhtyrka in the Bogoduhovsky district already laid about 2 km of asphalt concrete pavement. Also in the Bogodukhov district (from the village of Gubarevka towards the border) preparatory work is carried out to establish the base of the cover: the layer is laid by the cold recycling method (about 22 cm), then - the leveling layer (about 10 cm) and - the final stage - crushed stone mastic asphalt ( about 5 cm). In those places where the reinforcement of the covering is not required (from Gubarevka towards Bogodukhov), asphalt-concrete is laid with 2 layers - this is 10 cm of the leveling layer and 5 cm is made by SCHMA, "explained Mikhail Bogatyr.

Recall, the chairman of HOGA Yulia Svetlichnaya set a task this year to repair the road Kharkiv - Akhtyrka completely, laying on the entire length of two layers of new asphalt.

May 3, current repairs started on the road Kiev - Kharkiv - Dovzhansky.

"Last year, we completed repairs from the city of Chuguev to the turn to Chuguev - Melovoe. Now we lay asphalt concrete from this place in the direction of Izyum, "the representative of the SAD in Kharkiv region.

On other highways of the region, maintenance operations are continuing. Such works are in the Poltava direction on the highway Kiev - Kharkov - Dovzhansky and on it - in the Balakley region.

"On the Merefa-Lozovaya-Pavlograd highway, work is being carried out in three districts, on the road Kharkiv-Zmiev-Balakleya-Gorochovatka-in two districts.

In addition to works on maintenance, this road has already begun the preparatory work for maintenance. I think that in the next few days we will already perform a continuous laying of asphalt concrete on the sites that were voiced earlier: Bezlyudovka, Vasishchevo, and Temnovka, "said Mikhail Bogatyr.

He also noted that in the next week they plan to conduct patch repair on the most problematic section of the ring road (between the entrance to the airport and the Rogansky residential area).
