"Roskachestvo" tested the Russians' favorite rifled loaves. On the site of the department experts shared the results of inspections - experts analyzed bread in the Volga Federal District. Among the 33 brands found 3 products with violations, but 8brands can qualify for the Russian Quality Mark, including the cut-off loaves of the companies "Vyksunsky Bread", "KirovkhlebProm", "Krai Karavai" and several others. Dangerous for consumers are the improvers that are found in bread: bromates and semicarbazides. At the same time, Russian legislation does not standardize the content of improvers in loaves, and producers of such goods can not be recognized as violators. Formally, such cut loaves are quality and safe products, but experts do not recommend eating "Sormovskiy bread" and "KH" loaves from the Nizhny Novgorod region, products of the "Orenburg bread-baking plant" and "Samara bread". Director of VNII Grain and Products of Its Processing Elena Meleshkina says that bromates are carcinogenic substances. "They really greatly improve the quality of bread, but they make it harmful to the health of the consumer. The fact that Roskachestvo raises this topic is useful to all of us as consumers. It is long overdue to establish control over what is put in bread, "she said.. Inspectors of Roskontrola also checked out such a popular semi-finished product as dumplings. Experts analyzed the products of seven well-known brands: Rublevsky, From Ilyina, Caesar, Near Slides, U Palych / From Palych, Lozharev and Sibirskaya Collection,. The exam for safety was not all samples:

in the dumplings "From Ilyina", "At Palych", "Lozhkarev" were found Salmonella, and in the products "Near Slides" and "Near Palych" - Listeria. Bacteria of Escherichia coli were not found in any sample. In general, only the pelmeni "Caesar" and "Siberian Collection". It is noted that although there are no dangerous microorganisms in the production of Rublevsky, however, the minced meat of the cooked pelmeni has an aftertaste of oxidized fat, which is a sign of poor quality and indirectly indicates the insecurity of products.
