The dismissed management of the bank "Ugra" will "argue" with the decision of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal of Moscow, which upheld the previous "verdict" of the arbitration court, which in December recognized as valid the revocation of the license from the bank by the regulator. The former directorate intends to file a cassation appeal. "We do not agree with the decision of the Arbitration Court of Appeal of the city of Moscow, which refused to satisfy the claim of recognizing the revocation of the license as illegal. He also noted that the court's indifference to the arguments of Ugra looks especially strange in the light of the growing debate about the prejudiced and behind-the-scenes character of the decisions of the Central Bank in the sphere of banking regulation.
