Russians will leave without a high salary

Director for Development of the Effective Personnel Management Agency SLG Nuria Arkhipova, gave an assessment of the situation. Automated HR processes are an obvious trend for 2016-2017, which will continue this year as well. The employer seeks to automate the daily routine functionality, thereby freeing up more time for employees to solve important and creative tasks. The development of technical capabilities allows us to do this increasingly often, in particular in the field of HR. To date, about 90 percent of employers have automated clerical work, and the vast majority of companies are testing the ability to automate recruitment and staff assessment. Automation - the main priority for business. This spring, along with the development of existing software, a new one will appear that will provide competitive prices and accessibility for a larger number of companies. Wage growth will slow down. The average applicant has become more trustworthy and reliant on the Russian economy, and the employer has become more confident in taking staff. Unfortunately, this situation will not affect the growth of salaries in this year. 2017 has shown some stability of the labor market, but it is not yet about active growth. If earlier companies planned the budget in such a way that the growth of salaries was at the level of 7-9 percent, then this spring many will have to confine themselves to 4-6. Moreover, about 30 percent of companies do not consider raising salaries in principle, as well as indexing. Slow adoption of important decisions The presidential elections that will be held in the country in March this year will undoubtedly affect the economic situation. But how is it still not very clear. In this regard, large and medium-sized companies postpone the decision of important strategic issues for the autumn. What does this mean? Many projects can simply freeze, and decisions related to salary scales, the number of employees in the state, the development of new directions, postpone. Increased demand for temporary employees In connection with the holding of the World Cup in our country, it will take a large number of those human resources. Volunteers and temporary employees will be in great demand. In turn, this will increase competition among this segment of employers.

The Economy of Sharing In the last few years, there has been a tendency among employers to optimize processes and reduce costs. How do they do it? Optimize resources through sharing. The most vivid example of this economy was the services of Air-bi-bi-bi and Uber (Airbnb, Uber). Their success and popularity speak for themselves. Business willingly tried on this trend. It is expressed in various forms: joint trainings, events for employees of several firms at the same time, outsourcing of certain functions and organization of a single service center.
