The corresponding bill No. 5470-d was, as a basis and in general, supported by 235 deputies with the minimum required 226. At the same time, such a certificate will need to be provided at customs clearance for free circulation to domestic customs.
Prior to this, on January 1 of the current year, a pass to the customs territory of Ukraine was provided for the purpose of free circulation of new and used vehicles if they comply with environmental standards not lower than the level of "euro-6".
At the same time, this rule did not apply to transport manufactured in Ukraine.
