The new plant for the production of kvass in the Kushvinsky district was presented to the governor Evgeny Kuyvashev. The line for the production of a soft drink was built on the basis of the Kushvinsky Dairy Plant "Milk Grace".
According to the plant's director Alexander Zhukov, the decision to diversify production was taken in 2016. 110 million of the company's own funds were spent on the project implementation. In 64 million cost of building the hull, the rest purchased equipment - mostly domestic. With the commissioning of the new plant, 11 new jobs were created. Technologies and recipes of kvass are developed by factory specialists.
"I am sure that consumers will appreciate the new production in the summer," said Evgeny Kuyvashev.
"Milk Grace" - the second largest enterprise in the Sverdlovsk region for milk production. This agricultural enterprise is one of the city-forming for Kushva: over 600 townspeople work here, and the salary is one of the highest in the region. The plant annually increases production of its products and carries out technical re-equipment at its own expense.
According to Alexander Zhukov, at the moment the plant is implementing a new investment project for drying whey and skimmed milk. At the same time, work is underway to build the production building and purchase equipment. The commissioning of a drying shop for milk and demineralized whey is planned for the end of 2018.
It is worth recalling that the Sverdlovsk region is the Russian leader in terms of the number of dairy plants. High competition in this market allows you to keep the available cost of dairy products in the region.
