The Ukrainian economy can show growth of 4-6 percent annually

According to him, most of the competence lies with the leadership of the NBU, which should be able to give correct forecasts for future quarters and seasons. To date, the inflation forecast was 8-10 percent, but in fact this figure has already approached the level of 14 percent, not to mention the areas where this figure reaches 16 percent (Lugansk region).



The academician also noted a low level of monetization of the economy in 40 percent, when in other countries it reaches 61-62 percent. In Turkey and Poland, the ratio of the amount of bank loans to GDP is 80 and 75 percent, respectively, and in Ukraine this figure barely reaches 30 percent.

"According to all forecasts, the Ukrainian economy should grow at a rate of four percent per year, and this is the minimum figure," notes Danylyshyn.
